Cancellation policy

Your safety and comfort are important to us. Please don’t attend a Poppin’ Painting workshop if you are feeling unwell.

Cancellations

  • More than 7 Days Notice: You can transfer your booking to a future workshop of your choice (please let us know within 1 week which session you’d like to attend). Alternatively, we can refund your payment minus a $10 booking fee per person.
  • Less than 7 Days Notice: Unfortunately, this is too short to re-sell your ticket. We encourage you to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member—just like you would with any other event. If someone in your group can’t make it, you’re welcome to bring someone else in their place. If you are unable to pass on your ticket, you’ll forfeit your spot, but we’ll happily offer you 10% off your next booking.

Cancellations by Poppin’ Painting
In the rare case we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you can choose to receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another session at no extra cost.

Private & Corporate Bookings
If the organiser or the guest of honour (such as for a birthday or hens party) is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will hold your funds and transfer your booking to a future date.
